El PD es la herramienta principal para el despliegue de objetivos y asegurar que toda la organización (en todos los niveles) está bien alineada. También muestra las metas y métricos más relevantes para la organización y de ahí se desencadenan las acciones y tácticas que debemos seguir para alcanzarlos.  / The PD is the primary tool for deploying objectives and ensuring that the entire organization (at all levels) is well aligned. It also shows the most relevant goals and metrics  for the organization and from there triggers the actions and tactics that we must follow to achieve them.
