Gran parte del éxito dentro de una organización es saber cómo eliminar la recurrencia de los problemas, en este taller aprenderemos diferentes técnicas para el análisis y la solución de los mismos al mismo tiempo que implementaremos un sistema robusto dentro de la organización para llevar a la aplicación real lo aprendido en la parte teórica. Un problema bien analizado y descrito nos resuelve la mitad del problema.  / Much of the success within an organization is knowing how to eliminate the recurrency of problems, in this workshop we will learn different techniques for the analysis and the solution of problems while implementing a robust system within the organization to take to the real application what is learned in the theoretical part. A well analyzed and described problem solves half the problem.
